Permission
Hello,
I just wondered if you could help. I was thinking of doing a duck race but didn't know if I needed permission to use a river/stream in a public park.

Hi Hannah,
We are not too sure I am afraid. I guess you should consult your local council if they own / manage the park. There may be other issues as well to holding an event in a park.
